Our experience was really great. We stayed in a standard queen room and absolutely loved it. the breakfast was fast, and checking in was a breeze. 🌟

Units where sparkling clean.

The hotel is advertised as spa hotel however for all services you need to pay additional. You could use the hot tub and swimming pool for free if you ask (the staff did not offer usage), however they looked very unhygenic, so we did not even dare to touch the water. Definetely not worth the money.

The breakfast options were great and nicely warm, with a good variety to choose from.

I liked the sleek style of our room, the quilt with the duvet, the room size, but especially the cleanliness of the bathroom. Congratulations on this difficult achievement...no gunk collecting in corners or along the baseboard.

Parking is a little tight.

This place is cozy and in a great location, just 4 miles from Lahey Family Fun Park, nestled in a ski area with scenic views.

I had well-appointed room with comfortable beds. The pool was nice and I had cold drinks in the poolside bar. Absolutely perfect location right by Falls, Pa, I felt safe. It also was in the "Presidential " area for which there was an extra charge.

Icomplained about getting one bed instead of double and got very unpleasant reaction. Lots of power shortcuts and got stuck in the elavator- not even one lamp for such occasions!!!!!very expensive - unreasonably

The value for money at this hotel was excellent - prices were reasonable and the service exceeded expectations. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had basic amenities like comfortable beds and hot showers. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast at the Waffle House was a delicious bonus, with a variety of hot items included.

Our stay at this hotel was satisfactory and there were no major issues.

The rooms have a nice view 🌄. the pool is great, and the location around here is just perfect for exploring the area.

This venue has friendly and helpful staff and a central location, only a 28-minute drive from the airport on the east coast.
